Bazaar cat Procure manages product buying, requests, departments, templates, carts, and approvals across 13 pages, giving teams clear control of every order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is paid and processing, you can view its status in the Orders page. Each order moves through five stages: Ordered, Paid, Processing, Shipped, and Delivered. You will also receive email updates at the address used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders enter processing quickly. If your order is still in the Ordered or Paid stage, contact us right away via a support ticket and we will do our best to help. Once an order reaches Processing or Shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Why was my order split into multiple shipments?

Items in a single order may be fulfilled by different sellers or fulfillment centers, so your order may arrive in more than one package. Each part of your order is tracked separately in the Orders page.

How do I reorder something I bought before?

Visit the Reorder Center to see your past items and quickly add them back to your cart. You can also save a group of items as a reusable template for repeat purchases.

Where does Bazaar-Cart ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Each product lists the countries it ships to on its detail page.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your destination zone. You will see an estimated delivery window at checkout based on your shipping address. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping to the US and Canada is priced from the live supplier rate and folded into the item prices you pay, with no minimum purchase and no separate shipping charge at checkout. Expedited delivery is priced from the fastest live supplier rate and shown as its own line before you pay. Items fulfilled by independent third-party sellers may include a shipping fee set by the seller, also shown before you pay. Delivery pricing is subject to change at any time.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, a tracking link is added to the order in your Orders page. The link works with the carrier handling your package, so you can follow delivery step by step.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Start a return through the Returns Portal by submitting a request with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes. In the Returns Portal, choose "Exchange" and tell us the replacement size, color, or model you want. We will review your request and arrange the swap if the item is available.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank but usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Are product images and descriptions accurate?

We work to keep listings accurate and up to date. If a product you receive differs significantly from its listing, submit a ticket and we will make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. Payment is processed at the time you place your order, with automatic tax calculation included.

Do prices include tax?

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and added to your order total before you pay. You will see the full breakdown before confirming your purchase.

Who fulfills my order?

Products are fulfilled either by our suppliers or by independent third-party sellers listed on our marketplace. Each product page shows who you are buying from, and seller-fulfilled items are shipped directly by that seller.

Can I see reviews before buying?

Yes. Product pages include star ratings and reviews from verified buyers, and each seller storefront has its own rating based on buyer feedback.

Can I sell my own products on Bazaar-Cart?

Yes. Visit the Sell page to apply as a seller. Once approved, you can list products, run your own promotions, and fulfill orders through your own storefront, with payouts handled automatically.

Do sellers run their own sales?

Yes. Independent sellers can offer discounts and promotions on their own products. Active seller discounts are applied at checkout, so you always see the best available price.

How do I find a specific seller?

Browse the Sellers directory to discover approved storefronts, or tap a seller name on any product page to visit their storefront and see everything they offer.

Can I split the cost of a gift with others?

Yes. Use our crowdfund feature to create a shareable campaign for a wishlist item. Contributors can chip in any amount, fund specific items, or claim shares, and the order ships once the total is reached.

How do contributors pay?

Contributors pay securely through Stripe using the share link. Each contribution is tracked on the campaign page, and the campaign owner is notified as the total grows.

Do I need an account to shop?

You can browse the store without an account, but you will need to sign in to complete checkout. Creating an account also lets you track orders, save a wishlist, and reorder past purchases.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We will send a reset link to your inbox.

A wishlist lets you save products you are interested in for later. Tap the heart icon on any product to add it, then find all your saved items on the Wishlist page.

How can I get help with my order?

You can use our AI support assistant 24/7 for instant answers on order status, shipping, and returns. For anything that needs a human, submit a support ticket and our team will follow up.
